It's at this time of year, every year that I really appreciate the charm of Dame Lane...
You know as the days get shorter and shorter and the main streets of Dublin are lit up with sparkly lights that conjure in us feelings of warmth and goodwill, I can't help thinking that there's one street that invokes those feelings year round... Dame lane is one of my favorite places to walk through at night. It is alive with relate night revelers, the smell of barbecued ribs and is lined by some of Dublin's best known bars. It doesn't (always) have the craziness of Temple Bar, but it has the essence of Dublin.
The twinkly lights? They're a bonus 😘
